Grameenphone to design ‘Digital Chittagong’

Chittagong which is the commercial capital of Bangladesh generates 50% of revenue for the government.

Grameenphone hosted a discussion titled Digital Development: Road to Empowerment at Radisson Blu Chittagong Bay View.

Panellists present at the event stated the influence of digitalization on Chittagong port that can make it more effective and efficient.

Grameenphones Deputy CEO Yasir Azman and Telenor Health CEO Sajid, Rahman presented two keynote papers on Digital Transformation in Telecom Sector and Digital Health Information during the event.

In the discussion the panalists also threw light on the opportunity that the leading telecom operator can bring if Chittagong becomes digitized.
