Grameenphone touched 2.1 Million New Subscribers

The company’s net profit after taxes was Tk6.4 billion with 20.5% margin in the first quarter but the decline in the earnings were negligible which is 2.5%.

In the first quarter of 2018, Grameenphone Ltd. has reported credit of Tk31.2 billion.

The company registered a growth of 3.3% from the end of 2017 by this time the company has acquired 2.1 million new subscribers.

The company has 47.8% subscribers who are using grameenphone internet services which are around 1.1 million internet users.

The earnings per share (EPS) for the company in this period stood at Tk4.74.
